Revo Uninstaller is a great program that makes removing unwanted programs easier and more effective than ever before.
The software is not perfect, however, it is weaker and stronger in different areas than some of its competitors. Whether you have a particular complaint with Revo Uninstaller, or you just want to try some alternatives, here are some of the best ones you can find.
First on this list comes IObit Uninstaller. Much like Revo Uninstaller, IObit Uninstaller is an incredibly popular uninstaller program with tons of downloads, which is why it’s on this list.
As you can expect, IObit Uninstaller behaves just like any uninstaller, helping you quickly and easily remove unwanted programs from your computer. Of course, in doing so, it differs from Revo Uninstaller in many ways.
First, the user interface design of IObit Uninstaller is noticeably more streamlined than what you get with Revo. While Revo Uninstaller looks like a more old, almost “virtual” type of program, IObit Uninstaller has a more modern look and feel.
Moreover, IObit Uninstaller is significantly faster than Revo Uninstaller. While Revo often takes several seconds to load and index everything you’ve installed, IObit Uninstaller is ready to go almost immediately.
IObit Uninstaller also has the Hunter Mode equivalent of Revo Uninstaller. This makes IObit a solid choice if you’re fond of Hunter Mode, with the added bonus that it comes with a bunch of add-ons that Revo Uninstaller doesn’t have.
For example, IObit Uninstaller comes with software health and installation monitoring features, although some of the Revo Uninstall Cleaner tools are somewhat comparable. IObit Uninstall can also push Windows 10 uninstaller, which Revo Uninstaller cannot do.
The main downside to IObit Uninstaller is the huge amount of unwanted software that it tries to spread for you. When you install the program, there are several hidden checkboxes that try to install programs that you probably don’t want, and that doesn’t stop once you install the program.
When IObit Uninstaller is open, it will sometimes show you popups recommending you to download this or that, which is very annoying to deal with. This happens even after you think you’ve closed the program, which is a huge inconvenience to face.

Next on this list is Absolute Uninstaller. If you are looking for something lightweight and compact, then Absolute Uninstaller might be for you.
Like Revo Uninstaller, Absolute Uninstaller’s user interface looks like a more traditional program, similar to the old Add or Remove Program menu you might be familiar with.
Unlike Revo Uninstaller, however, Absolute Uninstaller is significantly reduced in what it can accomplish. There is no Hunter Mode or weird tools that you can use to clean your PC.
However, Absolute Uninstaller makes up for this drawback with sheer speed and ease of use. It beats Revo Uninstaller to cycle through recently installed programs, and Absolute Uninstaller even picks up some programs that Revo missed.
If you are looking to remove more than one program at a time, Absolute Uninstaller is able to do that as well, with its Batch Uninstall feature, something that Revo Uninstaller sorely lacks.

If a bulk uninstall is what you’re after, Bulk Crap Uninstaller is probably your best bet. It’s in the name, after all.
While Revo Uninstaller is unable to remove more than one program at a time, Bulk Crap Uninstaller excels at that. You can select as many programs as you want to remove at once, and Bulk Crap Uninstaller will show you a confirmation box allowing you to change the order and type of uninstall as you go.
Much like Revo Uninstaller, Bulk Crap Uninstaller creates a restore point before uninstalling and allows you to search for lost files once the installation is finished as well.
However, Bulk Crap Uninstaller is not limited to removing as many unwanted programs as possible. Bulk Crap Uninstaller is also great for power users. Revo Uninstaller hides various programs to be removed, such as those that publishers do not want to remove, or various system components.
This is because removing these files can sometimes be dangerous to the health of the program or your computer, but if you know better, Bulk Crap Uninstaller helps you get rid of everything you want to get rid of.
Also available as a portable if you need to remove unwanted files from other computers, Bulk Crap Uninstaller is one of the most feature-rich and generally useful uninstaller programs on this list.

Next on this list is Wise Program Uninstaller. If you are looking for something faster and lighter than Revo Uninstaller, Wise Program Uninstaller might be a good bet.
Wise Program Uninstaller behaves much like Revo Uninstaller in that it provides you with a list of several installed programs to remove. It’s worth noting that it appears to provide a less comprehensive list than what Revo provided, with fewer entries and less information about them, such as file size and more.
The actual removal process is very similar, and you can check the remaining registry entries with a single click, which was a convenient feature to include.
The startup speed with Wise Program Uninstaller was faster than with Revo Uninstaller, but the overall experience seemed a bit slower overall.

Finally, Geek Uninstaller makes its way to this list. Geek Uninstaller is a great portable alternative to Revo Uninstaller, with a clean user interface and user friendly interface.
As mentioned earlier, Geek Uninstaller is fully portable, which means it is there as an EXE file for you to run and that’s it. This makes it a perfect alternative to Revo Uninstaller if you need to remove programs from another computer.
The interface is reminiscent of Revo, if noticeably stripped, with Geek Uninstaller missing some of the weird features that Revo Uninstaller offers.
Like Revo Uninstaller, Geek Uninstaller is good for scanning for residual files after removing a program, but unlike Revo Uninstaller, Geek Uninstaller has some problems finding programs installed on multiple drives.
You can also find Windows Store apps through Geek Uninstaller, which Revo Uninstaller hides by default. This allows you to easily uninstall Windows 11 built-in and third-party apps.

Clean your PC for good
As you can see, there are plenty of alternatives available to Revo Uninstaller, and they all excel in different ways.
There’s a lot you can still accomplish with Revo Uninstaller, of course, especially if you know what you’re doing. But if you’ve ever wondered what’s out there, now you know exactly what to look for.
